Refund Policy

At Momentum Health, we dedicate significant professional time, planning, and resources to each client. Our services include customized programming, reserved appointment times, and access to proprietary systems. Because value is delivered immediately, our refund policy is structured to be fair while protecting the integrity of our work.

 

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

 

General Policy

All coaching services, assessments, consultations, digital materials, and memberships are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in this policy.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that results depend on participation, communication, and adherence to the program, as well as factors outside of our control.

 

Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Purchase

 

A request to cancel may be submitted within 24 hours of the initial purchase only if:

  • no coaching session has taken place,

  • no assessments or program design work have begun, and

  • no proprietary plans or materials have been delivered.

 

If these conditions are met, a refund may be issued minus payment processing fees. After this period, services are considered active and non-refundable.

Once onboarding or preparation has begun (including assessments, strategy development, training design, nutrition planning, or access to software platforms) no refunds will be issued.

 

Memberships and Subscriptions

 

Recurring services may be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing.

Cancellation will stop the next scheduled payment.
The current billing cycle is not refundable or prorated.

Clients will retain access to services until the end of the paid period.

 

Scheduled Sessions

 

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

 

Results

 

Momentum Health provides expert guidance, systems, and accountability. However, individual results vary based on many variables including consistency, lifestyle factors, and medical considerations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

 

Requests for exceptions due to medical or other serious situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required, and approval is not guaranteed.

 

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

 

Initiating a chargeback after services or materials have been delivered may constitute a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to present documentation of purchases, communications, and completed work to the payment provider.
